Akari is a former dancer whose understanding of movement and embodiment naturally evolved into a specialized practice in therapeutic bodywork.
Her integrative approach blends Craniosacral Therapy, Graston Technique, Frederick Stretch Therapy, and Active Release Technique, allowing her to address complex physical patterns while supporting the nervous system, fascia, and emotional landscape.
Akari’s passion lies in helping people reconnect with their bodies as a source of wisdom, resilience, and pleasure. She sees the body not just as a biomechanical structure, but as an expression of spirit—deserving of care, reverence, and joy. Her work aims to create space for empowerment, relief, and a renewed sense of gratitude in one’s own skin.
Outside the treatment room, Akari can be found taking dance classes, soaking in hot springs in the Bay, or deepening her studies in acupuncture and Eastern medicine—forever exploring the intersections of movement, healing, and human potential.
